Daily Mail and General Trust Undergoes Group Reorganisation
Daily Mail and General Trust plc (DMGT plc) has announced a significant group reorganisation. The company has introduced a new parent entity, Rothermere Continuation Holdings Limited (RCHL), replacing DMGT plc as the top-tier company from 23 October 2025. This move seeks to better align DMGT's corporate structure with its international activities.
RCHL is domiciled in Jersey. Despite this structural change, there will be no major alterations in the DMGT Group’s business activities. UK-based operations, including the Daily Mail, and international operations will proceed unaffected.
DMGT plc’s bonds will maintain their listing on the London Stock Exchange. Furthermore, RCHL has guaranteed all future payments related to these bonds. This move is deemed internal and is not expected to impact daily operations.
