Status of voting rights and share capital of CALIBRE

On September 9, 2025, CALIBRE published an update on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF Regulation. As of August 31, 2025, the company had 11,648,445 shares and 11,658,384 theoretical voting rights, of which 244 were exercisable.

Since January 2025, the ORA-BSA program has issued shares every month, with significant variations. In March, 2,173,552 shares were added, while in July, this figure jumped to 6,608,098 shares. No additions were made in January, February, and August.

Shareholders should note that CALIBRE has outstanding warrants, which may affect the value of the shares and result in significant capital dilution. Investors are therefore urged to exercise caution.
