CALIBRE: Strategic Advances of the Civil Pole
CALIBRE, a recognized player in the shooting industry, has announced significant progress in its strategy to divest from its civilian division, particularly from Airsoft. In partnership with EVIKE, CALIBRE has signed an asset disposal agreement involving the transfer of inventory and intellectual property rights.
This transaction represents a significant financial inflow, forecasting more than 2 million euros by the end of 2025 and 1 million euros annually until 2028. The overall valuation could exceed 9 million euros.
In addition, CALIBRE is considering the sale of control of the evike-europe.com website, anticipating strong growth supported by an investment of 2 million euros by EVIKE for 50% of the capital.
These steps are part of CALIBRE's desire to refocus on its military activities while optimizing its civilian assets.
