Custodian Property Income REIT plc Announces AGM Results

Custodian Property Income REIT plc has released the results of its Annual General Meeting held on 9 September 2025. All resolutions were approved during the meeting, which focused on various governance and operational topics.

A key resolution involved the adoption of the company's report and accounts for the financial year ending 31 March 2025, which passed with 99.99% approval. Other significant approvals included the directors’ remuneration report and policy, both receiving a 99.34% positive vote. Several directors, including David MacLellan and Hazel Adam, were re-elected, with Elizabeth McMeikan receiving the lowest re-election support at 84.69%.

The meeting also re-appointed Deloitte LLP as the company's auditor and authorized a market purchase of ordinary shares. Furthermore, resolutions to disapply statutory pre-emption rights garnered over 96% support.
