Custodian Property Income REIT Executes Share Buyback
Custodian Property Income REIT plc (LSE: CREI) announced the purchase of 66,000 ordinary shares at 80.6 pence each. The total consideration for this buyback was £53,189, excluding costs and expenses. These shares will be held in treasury. This transaction is part of the share buyback program initiated on 17 July 2025, managed by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.
So far, Custodian Property Income REIT has repurchased 3,658,237 shares under this program, with a total expenditure of £2.9 million. The average cost per share was 78.1 pence, representing an 18.8% discount compared to the dividend-adjusted NAV per share.
