Custodian Property Income REIT Executes Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, a UK-based real estate investment trust, announced the purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares on 8 August 2025. The shares, bought at 78.4 pence each for a total of £195,875, will be held in treasury. This transaction is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 17 July 2025, conducted by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.

Post-transaction, Custodian REIT holds 660,000 shares in treasury, with 463,118,741 shares in issue excluding treasury holdings. The company invests in a diversified portfolio of smaller regional properties across the UK to deliver a strong income return. The portfolio primarily consists of properties leased to institutional-grade tenants.
