Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Share Buyback
Custodian Property Income REIT plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has confirmed the purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares at 76.9 pence each. The total transaction cost was £192,272, excluding additional expenses, and these shares will be kept in treasury. This acquisition is part of an ongoing share buyback programme initiated on 17 July 2025, with Deutsche Numis managing the programme independently during closed periods.
To date, under the share buyback programme, Custodian Property Income REIT has bought back a total of 3,210,000 shares, spending approximately £2.5 million at an average cost of 78.0 pence per share. This represents an 18.9% discount compared to the dividend-adjusted net asset value per share. The company currently holds 3,210,000 treasury shares, with 460,568,741 ordinary shares remaining in circulation.
