CureVac Reports Outcomes of Annual General Meeting
CureVac N.V., a biotech firm specializing in mRNA-based therapeutics, disclosed the outcomes of its Annual General Meeting held on June 24, 2025. The company's shareholders endorsed all proposals presented during the meeting. Notably, Axel Sven Malkomes will join the Management Board starting June 24, 2025. Additionally, current Supervisory Board members Jean Stéphenne, Debra Barker, Craig A. Tooman, and Klaus Schollmeier have been reappointed. Mehdi Shahidi will also join the Supervisory Board as a new member on the same date. Furthermore, KPMG Accountants N.V. will continue as external auditors for the financial year 2026.
