Minutes of the CBI Joint General Meeting
On September 26, 2025, Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) held its combined general meeting chaired by Frédéric Chesnais in Paris. Eighty-nine shareholders were present, representing 69.57% of the capital, or 198,819,676 shares and voting rights. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the highlights of the 2024-2025 financial year and to discuss CBI's future strategy. All proposed resolutions were adopted, with the exception of resolutions 6 and 7, which were withdrawn from the vote.
