Crossing the threshold through the Nonancourt Family Concert
On September 24, 2026, the Nonancourt Family Group, including the company ASN1, various members of the Nonancourt family, and undivided estates, crossed the two-thirds threshold of Laurent-Perrier's share capital. This crossing was facilitated by a reduction in the total number of shares, following the cancellation of 172,677 treasury shares. The group now holds 67.13% of the share capital, corresponding to 3,875,309 shares, and 79.96% of the voting rights, or 7,733,245 rights at ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
ASN1, a company wholly owned by the Nonancourt family, holds 61.34% of the capital, representing a majority of the voting rights. Other family members and jointly owned entities hold minority but significant shares, thus consolidating their control over Laurent-Perrier. This strategy ensures a greater concentration of decision-making power within the Nonancourt family, thereby strengthening their influence over the company's future direction.
