Critical Elements Appoints New Director of Investor Relations

Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has appointed Karl Mansour as Director of Investor Relations and Communications. Mansour brings over 30 years of experience in financial markets. His background includes work at a strategic communications firm assisting publicly traded companies. He holds a Finance degree from Université Laval and has pursued further studies at HEC Montréal. Since 2023, he has also taught Finance at Collège LaSalle.

CEO Jean-Sébastien Lavallée expressed confidence in Mansour's ability to enhance the company's presence in financial communities. Mansour's appointment is for an initial 12-month term, with a monthly fee of $10,000. He will also receive stock options under specific conditions.

Critical Elements remains committed to securing a financing package for its Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project, which is one of the most advanced in North America. The company enjoys support from Québec's government and has secured conditional funding and partnerships for its project development.
