New Price for Crédit Agricole Nord Est Cooperative Member Certificates

On July 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Nord Est Regional Bank set a new indicative price for Cooperative Member Certificates (CCA). This price is based on the closing of individual accounts as of June 30, 2026.

To ensure transparency, the valuation of the CCAs is based on a multi-criteria method. It takes into account the net assets adjusted for unrealized capital gains and the sum of the adjusted net income of the Regional Bank and its subsidiaries. An independent expert validated this price at the request of the AMF.

The new price of 277.30 euros per share will take effect on August 4, 2026 and will remain in force until the publication of the next price in January 2027. This change succeeds the price of 267.79 euros set in April 2026.
