Julius Meinl Living Issues Additional EUR 7.5 Million Notes

Julius Meinl Living has announced the issuance of an additional EUR 7,501,000 worth of notes, expanding their 2024/2029 series under the EUR 300 million EMTN programme. Initially, EUR 25 million of notes were issued in July 2024. With this new issuance, the total outstanding notes rise to EUR 40 million.

The new notes carry a 7.0% annual coupon, payable semi-annually, and will mature at 120% of their principal amount in July 2029. The issuance aims to support ongoing development projects, like transforming the Ambasador Hotel into The Julius Bucharest, and launching The Julius Berlin and The Julius Budapest.

Investors can expect the notes to be priced between 104-107 plus accrued interest, with yields to maturity ranging from 10.3-11.4%. These initiatives demonstrate the group's strategic steps toward growth and expansion in key European cities.
