Caisse Française de Financement Local issues Land Bonds
On April 22, 2026, the Caisse Française de Financement Local (French Local Finance Fund) announced the issuance of €1 billion in fixed-rate bonds. This issuance, scheduled for April 24, 2026, will mature on November 24, 2032. The transaction is part of the Euro Medium Term Note program established for a total amount of €75 billion, in accordance with the Base Prospectus of June 10, 2025. This document has been approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
A Stabilisation Manager has been appointed for this issuance, as indicated in the Final Terms. Documents relating to the issuance are available on the websites of the issuer, the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
