Crédit Agricole Normandie Seine: CCI Buyback Program
Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine details its program for the repurchase of cooperative investment certificates (CCI), submitted to the general meeting of March 26, 2026. As of December 31, 2025, the Caisse holds 9,741 CCIs, representing 0.92% of total CCIs and 0.16% of the share capital.
The objective is to stimulate market activity through a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux and to be able to cancel the acquired CCIs. The Caisse can repurchase up to 10% of the outstanding CCIs, or 105,362 CCIs, at a maximum price of €250 per security. This program is valid for 18 months, until September 26, 2027.
