Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine: 2025 Buyback Program

Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine has announced a buyback program for its cooperative investment certificates (CCI), approved at the ordinary general meeting of March 27, 2025. This program complies with Article 241-2 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of May 7, 2025, the regional fund holds 32,586 CCIs, or 0.54% of its capital, divided between a liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux (12,482 CCIs) and a cancellation target (20,104 CCIs). The authorization allows the acquisition of up to 10% of its CCIs, capped at a price of 150 euros per security.
The program aims to stimulate the market through a liquidity contract and the cancellation of acquired CCIs. It will take effect up to 18 months after the general meeting, i.e., until September 27, 2026.
