Crédit Agricole S.A. to Redeem USD 1.5 Billion Notes
Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced the redemption of USD 1.5 billion Senior Non-Preferred Callable Fixed-to-Floating Rate Notes. These notes, originally issued on June 16, 2020, will reach their redemption date on June 16, 2025. The redemption will be conducted under the conditions detailed in the offering memorandum and its supplements. On this date, the notes will cease to accrue interest and the redemption amount, including any accrued interest, will be payable to holders unless improperly withheld.
Formal notice regarding the redemption has been dispatched to the relevant holders.
