Crédit Agricole S.A. to Redeem ¥84.2 Billion Callable Bonds

Crédit Agricole S.A. announced the redemption of its ¥84,200,000,000 Japanese Yen Callable Senior Non-Preferred Bonds, originally issued on June 3, 2021. The redemption will be effective on July 6, 2026. The bonds are being redeemed at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount, with accrued interest up to the redemption date. This move is in line with the bond conditions allowing redemption at the issuer's option.

On the redemption date, the bonds will cease to bear interest unless improperly withheld. Bondholders will be formally notified according to the bond terms.
