Crédit Agricole S.A. Announces General Meeting on 20 May 2026
Crédit Agricole S.A. has announced its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 20 May 2026. The event will commence at 10:00 am at the Palais des Congrès et des Expositions in Saint-Brieuc, France. Shareholders are advised that the Notice of Meeting, which includes the agenda and draft resolutions, has been published.
All relevant documents and information for the General Meeting are accessible to shareholders as per legal requirements. This includes documents specified in Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code. Shareholders can access these materials online on Crédit Agricole's official website.
Voting will be available online from 29 April 2026 until 19 May 2026. All forms submitted on paper must be received by Uptevia by 17 May 2026. The meeting will also be broadcast live online.
