Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine Announces March 2026 General Meeting
The Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine has scheduled its Mixed General Assembly for March 26, 2026, at the Couvent des Jacobins in Rennes. The attendees will deliberate on various agendas, including both routine and extraordinary financial resolutions.
Key proposals for the extraordinary assembly include the authorization to reduce capital by canceling cooperative investment certificates. The ordinary assembly will consider approving annual, consolidated, and globalized accounts for fiscal year 2025. It will also decide on compensation matters such as the interest rate on social shares and dividends for cooperative investment certificates, aimed to be payable by May 15.
Other significant resolutions involve renewing party members' mandates and authorizing operations on cooperative investment certificates. An envelope of €450,000 is proposed for administrative indemnities for the 2026 fiscal year.
