Share buybacks by Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie in accordance with the MAR regulation

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie carried out share buybacks between June 23 and 27, 2025. These transactions comply with the conditions of Article 5 of the MAR Regulation, which aims to regulate share buybacks by companies. The total volume of shares repurchased varies considerably depending on the day and the market.

On June 23, 1,301 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 21.95 on the XPAR market. In the following days, trading volumes ranged from 471 to 3,600 shares, with acquisition prices varying slightly around EUR 22 per share. All of these transactions were carried out primarily with the intervention of Kepler Cheuvreux SA as investment services provider.

The main objective of these buybacks is to cancel shares, thereby contributing to the reduction of the company's outstanding share capital. This strategy is often used to optimize the capital structure and increase value for the remaining shareholders.
