Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Share Buybacks Compliant with MAR Regulations
The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie Regional Bank carried out several share buybacks between March 23 and 27, 2026, in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. These transactions were executed on the XPAR market by Kepler Cheuvreux SA.
During this period, the daily volume of acquisitions fluctuated, reaching a maximum of 10,402 shares on March 25. The average weighted acquisition price varied from day to day, with a maximum of €26.7527 on March 24 and a minimum of €26.1496 on March 26.
All the operations aimed at cancelling the repurchased shares. This process reflects a strategy for managing the share capital of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie.
