CRCAM Brie Picardie: Share buybacks in accordance with MAR Regulations
The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie Regional Bank has carried out a series of share buybacks, conducted under the conditions of Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The period runs from February 9 to 13, 2026, with transactions on the XPAR market.
On February 9, 1,096 shares were repurchased at an average price of €29.98. In the following days, repurchase volumes varied, reaching a peak of 2,332 shares on February 12, at an average price of €29.40. The price fluctuated throughout the week, closing at €28.93 on February 13, for 1,069 shares.
These transactions were carried out by Kepler Cheuvreux SA, with the aim of cancelling the repurchased shares. This strategy is part of the cooperative's capital management.
