Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence continues its buyback program
Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence, a cooperative society located in Aix-en-Provence, recently completed several transactions as part of its Cooperative Investment Certificate repurchase program. This program was authorized by the Combined General Meeting of members on March 25, 2025.
During the week of January 26-30, 2026, the Regional Bank acquired a total of 339 shares on the XPAR market, at average prices ranging from EUR 142.07 to EUR 144.90. For example, on January 26, 69 shares were purchased at a weighted average price of EUR 144.90.
The purpose of these transactions is to cancel the repurchased shares. Details of each transaction and additional information are available on the Regional Bank's website.
