CRCAM Alpes Provence : Programme de rachat de CCI
La Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence a reçu l'autorisation de racheter jusqu'à 10% de ses certificats coopératifs d’investissement (CCI), soit 69 913 titres, à un prix maximal de 150 € par titre, jusqu'au 25 septembre 2026. Actuellement, 10 492 CCI, représentant 1,50% du capital, sont détenus. Le rachat sert à animer le marché et à annuler les titres acquis. Un contrat de liquidité conforme à la charte de l'AMF est en place avec Kepler Capital Markets SA. L'autorisation accordée vise à renforcer la flexibilité des opérations sur titres, tant en bourse que hors marché.
