Covivio Hotels: Update on voting rights and shares

Covivio Hotels has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of December 31, 2024. The company reports a total number of 148,141,452 shares. These shares grant a total of 148,141,452 theoretical voting rights. However, 3,488 shares are treasury shares and deprived of voting rights, bringing the number of exercisable voting rights to 148,137,964.

This update is part of the regulatory framework defined by Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
