Covivio Hotels announced on May 15, 2025, the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. In accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, the company announces a total of 157,990,312 shares. Of these shares, the number of theoretical voting rights is 157,990,312, while the exercisable voting rights total 157,982,534, due to 7,778 treasury shares deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
