Covivio Hotels: Details on share capital and voting rights

As of March 31, 2026, Covivio Hotels published information regarding its share capital. The company holds a total of 157,990,312 shares. These shares carry an equal number of theoretical voting rights, namely 157,990,312.

The exercisable voting rights are slightly lower, amounting to 157,982,331. This difference is explained by the presence of 7,981 treasury shares, deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the Commercial Code.
