Covivio Updates on Voting Rights and Share Capital
Covivio, a significant player in the European real estate market, released its latest data regarding voting rights and share capital as of 30 November 2025. The company reported a total of 111,623,468 shares in capital. The number of theoretical voting rights stands at 111,623,468, while the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower at 110,878,553 due to 744,915 treasury shares, which are non-voting as per French Commercial Code regulations.
Additionally, Covivio's Articles of Association specify that shareholders must notify the company of any crossing of ownership thresholds beyond legal requirements, such as acquiring or losing 1% of the share capital. This obligation aims to ensure transparency and regulate influence on company decisions. Failing to declare these thresholds can result in suspension of voting rights for two years if not corrected promptly.
