Courtois SA Q1-2025 Financial Results
Courtois SA announced consolidated revenue of €1,246,000 for the first quarter of 2025, a significant increase from the €253,000 recorded the previous year. This increase is mainly attributable to the building renovation branch, which generated €1,199,000, compared to only €7,000 in 2024.
Property management revenue, however, decreased from €233,000 to €34,000. Property development, on the other hand, remained stable at €13,000.
Regarding bank debt, the group has contracted various loans for a total of €3,958,000, mainly intended for renovation and building management activities.
Finally, several major sales and projects have been finalized or are underway, including four apartments sold by SAS Courbevoie 157 Timbaud in March 2025 for €2,322,000.
