Court-ordered reorganization for Procédés Hallier and deferral of accounts at Lucibel
Lucibel has announced the opening of insolvency proceedings for its subsidiary, Procédés Hallier. This decision was approved by the Rouen Economic Court on October 27, 2026, following a cessation of payments due to insufficient revenue.
Procédés Hallier has thus entered a period of observation. Furthermore, the observation periods for Lucibel SA and Lucibelle Paris continue until January 2027.
Lucibel is postponing the publication of its consolidated accounts for June 30, 2026 to December 15, jointly with those for the end of 2025, due to these financial difficulties.
