CoTec Files Report on Lac Jeannine Mine Reclamation Project

Vancouver-based CoTec Holdings Corp. has filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report regarding the Lac Jeannine Mine Tailings Reclamation and Restoration Project in Québec, Canada. The report, prepared by JPL GeoServices Inc. and partners, details the mineral resource estimate and preliminary economic assessment (PEA) of the site. The PEA results were previously disclosed by the company on May 20, 2026.

The Lac Jeannine property, covering 1,649.34 hectares in the Côte-Nord Region of eastern Québec, includes areas from a former mine active between 1961 to 1976. The site is recognized as Québec's largest abandoned mining site by the province's Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests. CoTec plans to re-process the tailings for residual iron extraction and rehabilitate the area. A copy of the PEA is available on SEDAR+ and CoTec's website.
