Correction regarding voting rights at Hydrogen de France
On July 1, 2026, Hydrogen de France (HDF) published an erratum concerning its press release of June 9, 2026. This contained inaccuracies on the number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights.
As of May 31, 2026, HDF's share capital consisted of 14,702,454 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights was 26,621,468, while the exercisable number was 26,385,784. These figures include treasury shares. In accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, theoretical voting rights are calculated on all shares, even those without voting rights.
