Correction of DON'T NOD's voting rights as of May 31, 2026
DONTNOD has published an erratum regarding its previous press release of June 2, 2026, adjusting the number of voting rights attached to its share capital. The corrected document, dated May 31, 2026, reveals that the theoretical number of voting rights is 16,642,414. However, the number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, is 16,517,900. The company specifies that the share capital consists of 13,081,759 shares.
The corrected data complies with Article L. 233-8 II of the Commercial Code and with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
