Core Silver Corp. Reports High-Grade Findings at Laverdiere Copper Project
Core Silver Corp. has announced promising results from its 2025 drilling campaign at the Laverdiere Copper Project in northwestern British Columbia. The company reveals that its exploration confirmed an extensive copper-molybdenum-silver-gold porphyry system. Drilling highlights include intersecting high-grade copper and molybdenum veins, with hole LAV25-011 exhibiting 7.31% copper and 1.01% molybdenum over a narrow interval.
Further analysis identified mineralized porphyritic rocks with significant copper and gold grades. Hole LAV25-010 recorded copper and molybdenum zones, marking the presence of robust porphyry veins. Soil sampling in 2025 also outlined zones rich in copper and molybdenum, indicating potential clustered porphyry centers.
The Laverdiere System displays characteristics similar to major global porphyry deposits, suggesting its potential for significant mineralization. Core Silver's findings represent a noteworthy advance in the exploration of this underexplored area.
