Core Critical Metals Corp. Secures Option for Lucky Mike Project
Core Critical Metals Corp. (CCMC), a mineral acquisition and exploration company in North America, has announced the finalization of its option to purchase up to an 80% interest in the Lucky Mike Silver-Copper-Tungsten property. This agreement with First Atlantic Nickel Corp. grants CCMC a significant opportunity to explore the property located in British Columbia's prominent mining belt, near established operations like Highland Valley Copper Mine and New Gold’s New Afton.
This property comprises 37 claims, covering approximately 7,675 hectares, known for historical copper resources and strong tungsten potential. The transaction involves cash and share payments over three years, with CCMC committing to substantial exploration expenditures for further interest acquisition. An eventual joint venture with FAN will oversee the project post-interest acquisition, allowing CCMC to remain the operator.
