Core Critical Metals Secures $1.5M from LIFE Offering
Core Critical Metals Corp. (TSXV:CCMC), a mineral acquisition and exploration company, has concluded its listed issuer financing exemption offering (LIFE Offering), effective April 22, 2026. This follows an initial announcement on March 17, 2026, as part of broader private placement efforts.
The LIFE Offering raised $1.5 million, issuing 3,000,000 units at $0.50 each. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.75, exercisable within 24 months, starting 60 days post-closing. Notably, these securities are not bound by the Canadian hold period.
The company intends to use the proceeds for general capital, exploration, marketing, and other purposes outlined in their offering document. Completion awaits final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The concurrent private placement remains pending, with no guarantee of completion.
