Core Critical Metals Corp. Finalizes Court Approval for Strategic Plan of Arrangement
Core Critical Metals Corp. (CCMC), a company focused on critical metal properties, received final court approval for their plan of arrangement. On October 5, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia sanctioned the spin-out of their projects to two subsidiaries: Spinco1 and Spinco2. The Senneville Project will go to Spinco1, and the Timmins Nickel Project to Spinco2.
The arrangement becomes effective on October 9, 2026. Shareholders will receive new shares in CCMC, Spinco1, and Spinco2, replacing existing shares. Trading of new CCMC shares begins on October 14, 2026, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Spinco shares will not be listed on any exchange immediately. Both Spinco1 and Spinco2 will operate as reporting issuers in British Columbia and Alberta, with CCMC adjusting options and warrants.
