Copper Road Completes Non-Brokered Private Placement
Copper Road Resources Inc., trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol CRD, has announced the closure of a non-brokered private placement. Through this placement, the company issued 3,809,600 flow-through shares at $0.105 per share, totaling gross proceeds of $400,008.
The funds raised will go towards eligible Canadian exploration expenses, specifically as flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures. These expenditures will be renounced to FT Shares subscribers by December 31, 2026. The capital is aimed at exploring the Ben Nevis Project or other properties in Ontario.
All necessary regulatory approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange, are pending. A cash commission of $28,000.56 will be paid, along with the issuance of 266,672 finder warrants. These warrants allow for the purchase of common shares at $0.105 over the next 18 months.
