Solid Half-Year Performance for Wood Builders in 2025
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) reported encouraging results for the first half of 2025. Revenue reached €9.22 million, up 25.1% compared to H1 2024, thanks to bulk sales. However, gross margin fell by 6.5%, impacted by the progress of projects requiring larger purchases.
EBITDA increased by 8.5% to €1.14 million. The operating profit of €1.33 million highlights cost control, despite a decrease in net profit to €0.32 million, mainly due to the increase in financial expenses.
Financially, LCB reduced its net debt by €1.8 million through its block sales. The group expects this positive momentum to continue, supported by a solid order book and new strategic projects in the pipeline.
