ECO'CITY HOUDEMONT: A Promising Start for Wood Builders
Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) successfully launched their Eco'City project in Houdemont. To date, 50% of the housing units have been secured thanks to a contract with the social housing provider 3F Grand Est. In addition, LCB is recording reservations for private sales, confirming the interest of individuals.
The partnership with 3F Grand Est strengthens the social dimension of the project, which consists of 91 housing units spread over 11,500 m². This program also includes infrastructure such as a medical center and a pharmacy, while complying with 2028 environmental standards.
LCB's strategy of selling directly to individuals is proving successful. Construction will begin in the second half of 2025, with the first delivery scheduled for the end of 2026.
