Commercial progress for the Eco'City of Houdemont

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) announces sales growth for the Eco'City development in Houdemont. On December 18, 2025, two buildings were reserved by the housing provider 3F Grand Est, further boosting the project's momentum. More than a third of the privately owned apartments are already reserved.

Located near Nancy, the Eco'City development in Houdemont is the only new-build project in the town. This project offers high-performance, comfortable housing at affordable prices. It includes a shared green space and local amenities such as a medical center.

3F Grand Est, a long-standing partner, acquired 46 apartments for €6.6 million. This partnership demonstrates the strength of the relationship between LCB and the landlord. Sales to individual buyers are also progressing, with 12 reservations since August 2025.

Eco'City is LCB's most advanced project. It highlights the company's expertise in eco-construction, featuring timber-framed buildings and 100% renewable energy. The project complies with the 2028 standards of the RE 2020 regulation. Construction has begun, and delivery is expected in 2027.
