Condor Resources Starts Drilling at Cobreorco Project, Peru

Condor Resources Inc. has announced the commencement of a 3,500-meter diamond drilling program at the Cobreorco copper-gold project in Apurímac, Peru. This initiative, consisting of six priority holes, marks the first drilling under the company's joint venture with Teck Perú S.A. Two diamond drill rigs will be employed, with the first set to start in June 2026. This drilling aims to explore the coincident copper-gold skarn and porphyry target identified through prior extensive surveys.

The program targets a copper-gold-iron skarn and porphyry system, with the objective of intersecting high-grade mineralization in skarn bodies thought to be supported by copper-oxide-bearing dykes. Cobreorco is in a prolific Peruvian mineral belt, near major deposits like Las Bambas.

Condor plans to release initial assay results by August 2026, aiming to advance what is considered a significant discovery opportunity. This effort reflects Condor's strategic focus on key mineral projects within Peru.
