CMG Cleantech S.A. Proposes Acquisition of Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd.
On May 6, 2026, CMG Cleantech S.A. announced its proposal to acquire Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based clean energy company. The transaction values Enercon at approximately USD 70 million and will be completed through a share issuance process, subject to regulatory approvals and definitive agreements.
Enercon specializes in energy solutions including generators, solar, wind, and battery storage, exporting to over 20 countries. With this acquisition, CMG aims to expand its market presence in Asia, leveraging Enercon's expertise in grid integration and power solutions to enhance its portfolio.
