Compagnie Lebon envisage de céder sa participation dans Madeleine Premier
La Compagnie Lebon a annoncé le 19 décembre 2025 la signature d'une promesse d'achat pour vendre sa participation minoritaire dans la société Madeleine Premier. Cette transaction, soumise à des conditions suspensives habituelles, concerne les 49% détenus par Esprit de France SAS, filiale de Compagnie Lebon, dans la société depuis 2016.
La société Madeleine Premier possède le fonds de commerce de l'Hôtel Fauchon, situé à Paris dans le quartier de la Madeleine. La promesse d'achat conclut un processus concurrentiel qui a attiré plusieurs propositions. Esprit de France soutient l'exploitation de l'Hôtel Fauchon depuis son inauguration en 2018.
