Le 27 août 2026, Michelin a procédé à plusieurs rachats d'actions dans le cadre de son programme de rachat d'actions, hors contrat de liquidité. Le volume total pour chaque transaction s'élève à 196 851 actions, avec un prix moyen pondéré d'acquisition fixé à 33,246 euros par action.
Les transactions ont été effectuées avec l'intervention de plusieurs entités financières telles que Natixis, BNP Paribas et Société Générale. L'objectif affiché pour ces rachats d'actions est leur annulation future.
