Michelin effectue un rachat d'actions pour annulation
Le 15 octobre 2026, Michelin a réalisé plusieurs opérations dans le cadre d'un programme de rachat d'actions. Ces transactions ont été menées hors contrat de liquidité. La société a racheté un total de 203 437 actions ordinaires, identifiées sous le code ISIN FR001400AJ45. Chaque action a été acquise à un prix moyen de 32,1697 euros. Ces opérations se sont déroulées sur le marché de gré à gré.
La Société Générale des Établissements Michelin s'est associée aux intermédiaires financiers NATIXIS, BNP Paribas et Société Générale pour mener ces transactions. L'objectif de ces rachats est l'annulation des actions, conformément aux pratiques de gestion de capital de la société.
