The shares were acquired between November 25, 2024, and November 21, 2025, and officially canceled on December 18, 2025.

The financial impact sees the share capital remain unchanged at EUR 84,410,824.72. However, the number of shares outstanding with voting rights has decreased from 1,618,993 to 1,604,406. This adjusted number will be used as the new denominator for future transparency declarations.
