Compagnie du Bois Sauvage Cancels Own Shares
Compagnie du Bois Sauvage has announced the cancellation of 14,587 own shares. This action follows authorization from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 28, 2021. The buyback and subsequent cancellation align with the Belgian Companies and Associations Code, specifically article 7:215 et seq. The shares were acquired between November 25, 2024, and November 21, 2025, and officially canceled on December 18, 2025.
The financial impact sees the share capital remain unchanged at EUR 84,410,824.72. However, the number of shares outstanding with voting rights has decreased from 1,618,993 to 1,604,406. This adjusted number will be used as the new denominator for future transparency declarations.
