Commerce Resources Corp. Announces Board Change

Commerce Resources Corp. has announced a change in its Board of Directors. Jody Dahrouge resigned from the board as of December 20, 2024. Dahrouge, who has served since January 2000, was instrumental in the discovery of the Ashram Rare Earth and Fluorspar project and notably contributed to the company's exploration efforts.

Ross Carroll, CEO of Commerce Resources, expressed gratitude for Dahrouge's contributions, especially regarding the Ashram REE project in Québec, Canada. Dahrouge's leadership was pivotal in the company's exploration and development programs over the years. Commerce is now looking to the future as it continues the development of its Ashram Deposit.
