CoinShares Appoints Zodia Luxembourg as Additional Custodian

CoinShares Digital Securities Limited has announced the addition of Zodia Custody (Europe) S.A., known as Zodia Luxembourg, as an additional custodian within its Exchange Traded Products Programme. This decision, formalized on March 24, 2026, introduces new dynamics to the company's crypto-asset management framework.

Zodia Luxembourg, incorporated in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is registered under Regulation 2023/1114/EU on Markets in Crypto-Assets. This appointment is part of a broader Cryptocurrency Custody Agreement involving The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c., which acts as the trustee. A Deed of Amendment has also been introduced, allowing CoinShares to exercise powers regarding the transfer of digital currencies across various digital wallets under different custody agreements.
